When Talking with Sellers avoid the word "comparable” - as luxury properties more times than not are not comparable.
Not only are they not comparable; but using that term does not make the luxury seller feel special or appropriate the white glove experience.
Instead use the term "relevant sale".
Implementing this luxury linguistic method will elevate you above your competitors.
